So, this news has been out for a while now but I wasn't gonna jump up and post it until I had a good feeling it was solid. Appearantly some of my favorite artists are joining together Voltron style to from a group called Slaughterhouse.
The group will be comprised of New York's Joell Ortiz, The Chi's Royce the 5'9, Cali's Crooked I and Jerz's Joe Budden. Right now the only song out is off of the Joe Budden album Halfway House entitled Onslaught but its hot! You can find the track
here.
People are saying these four have the potential to be the 08 juice crew. All of them have had some heavy hitters under their belts but never really got that "household name" status like Jay, Snoop or 50. Yet, they all have a strong loyal following that, if true; could potentially give these guys a serious commercial push when they drop their rumored album.
For those of yall tha'ts waiting on this project like I am be sure to stop thru the videos section to find the vid of joell and joey in the booth and what would a snipet be unless you get the whole track so eyes below for the single "Move On"
Enjoy!
